Classes are added a month ahead
Pregnancy yoga aims to be on Thursdays at 15:00.
NESYRE runs roughly every two weeks at 18:00. Dates can change — the current ones are always in the calendar.
Private sessions, meditations, sound baths with tuning forks, yoga for children and teenagers, and also classes for companies, for nurseries and for private groups — all by arrangement, just write to me.

Book through Inner Temple
Booking runs through the Inner Temple system. You pay on the spot, in cash or by card.

Come along
Confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away, and you get a reminder before the class too. You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts. At your first class you will be given a short printed health questionnaire, so come a few minutes earlier.
Reminders
You couldn’t forget if you tried
You’ll get a confirmation by e-mail as soon as you book. Then I’ll be in touch twice more — so the class doesn’t slip your mind even in the worst of weeks.
- Confirmation right after booking, with the time and the address
- A reminder the day before: by e-mail and by text
- In My space you can see your passes and what is left on them
