The seller is not a VAT payer. All prices are final.
Where classes take place
Inner Temple, Kollárova 20, 902 01 Pezinok, Slovakia.
Private sessions and private classes can take place at Inner Temple, at the instructor’s, at your home or online — whichever you agree on beforehand.
Coming to you is not something you are entitled to; it depends on the place and the time available and is agreed when booking. If the place is outside Pezinok and the surrounding area, a travel surcharge may be added to the price; we will tell you before the date is confirmed.
If a class takes place at your home or online, please make sure the space is suitable: a flat, non-slip area of roughly two by two metres, clear surroundings with no sharp edges or furniture, and a place where nobody will disturb you during the class. The instructor has no control over this space and cannot assess it in advance, so you are responsible for its safety. By booking a class at your home or online you confirm that the space meets these conditions.
Technical operator of the website
creona, s. r. o., Ku Bratke 1, 934 01 Levice, Company ID: 47 457 589, registered in the Commercial Register of the Nitra District Court, Section Sro, Insert No. 35341/N. It provides development, operation and technical support of the website. It is not the seller and is not a party to your purchase.
Supervisory authority
Slovak Trade Inspection, Inspectorate for the Bratislava Region, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX 5, 820 07 Bratislava.
2. What these terms cover
These terms govern the relationship between the seller and you as the buyer for everything that can be ordered through this site:
- Group classes — pregnancy yoga, kids’ yoga, NESYRE and others, booked for a particular time.
- Private sessions arranged for a particular time.
- Online content — individual videos, programmes, breathing exercises and memberships to the video library.
- Goods — mats, clothing and accessories.
- Gift vouchers.
These terms form part of every contract concluded. The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection. If you are buying as a business, the Commercial Code applies and the consumer protection provisions do not.
3. What the terms we use mean
Group class — a class for several participants at a particular time and place, with a limited number of spaces.
Private session — a separate product: one-to-one work with the body, the breath and the nervous system to the extent stated with the product.
Private class — a yoga class led just for you, or for you and your child or a small agreed group. It is not the same as a private session.
Sound bath with tuning forks — a separate product, led one to one.
Private meditation — a separate product. For a group the price is set according to the number of people and the place, and agreed in advance.
Pass — a pre-paid bundle of classes at a reduced price, with the number of classes, the validity and the conditions stated with the particular pass.
Membership — time-limited access to the library of online content, renewing automatically until you cancel it.
Online content — videos, recordings, breathing exercises, meditations and programmes available after signing in to My space.
My space — the protected part of the website where, after signing in, you find your passes, your membership and the online content you have bought.
Gift voucher — a voucher for an amount set by the buyer when buying it, usable against the seller’s offer.
Goods — physical products: mats, clothing, incense sticks, tuning forks and accessories.
4. How an order and a contract come about
What is shown on the site is not a binding offer — it is an invitation for you to place an order. You place your order with the button in the checkout or by booking a time. Submitting an order is binding and carries an obligation to pay.
The contract comes into being the moment a confirmation of your order or booking reaches your e-mail. The confirmation tells you what you ordered, for how much, and — for a class — when and where it takes place.
If no confirmation arrives within a few hours, please check your spam folder first. If it isn’t there, write to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk and we’ll trace the order.
Contracts are concluded in Slovak. The seller archives them electronically and will make yours available to you on request.
5. Prices and payment
All prices on the site are in euros and are final — inclusive of all taxes and charges. Delivery costs for goods are shown separately in the checkout before you submit your order.
The price that applies is the one shown with the product or the class at the moment you submit your order. If a price contains an obvious error (a missing digit, say), the seller will contact you and the order may be cancelled.
Payment methods offered in the checkout:
- Payment on the spot — for classes and for collection in person, in cash or by card.
- Payment in advance — by bank transfer or online payment, depending on what is available in the checkout at the time.
Online content is always paid for in advance. Access to videos, programmes and memberships is unlocked only once payment has been received — which is why payment on the spot cannot be offered for it.
Proof of payment arrives by e-mail together with the order confirmation.
6. Booking a class or a session
Group classes are booked through the booking system available from this website. Private sessions and private classes are arranged by e-mail or by phone; the contract comes about when the agreed date is confirmed.
Confirmation of the booking arrives by e-mail. You will get a reminder before the class.
The number of places in a group class is limited and is stated with the class. A place is reserved only once it has been confirmed. The schedule is indicative. The regular times given on the site say when classes usually take place, so that you know what to expect. They are not a guarantee — the date that counts is always the one listed in the booking system and confirmed in your booking.
Minimum number of participants
A group class takes place if the minimum number of participants stated with that class signs up. If that number is not reached, we will let you know on the day of the class at the latest and offer an alternative date or a refund under point 7.
Who leads the class
In justified cases — illness above all — a group class may be led by another qualified teacher. We will tell you in advance, and if that does not suit you, you may cancel the booking free of charge even after the deadline under point 7. A private session is always led by the teacher with whom you arranged the date, unless you agree otherwise.
Please arrive at least five minutes before the start. The class begins with settling in together and with breathwork — joining after it has started is not advisable for safety reasons. If you arrive after the class has begun, the seller may refuse your participation; the price paid is not refunded in that case.
Only a person who has a booking may come to a class. Passing your booking to someone else is possible only by prior arrangement, and only for those products where the terms of the pass allow it.
7. Cancelling a booking
We understand that life gets in the way. You can therefore cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts — write to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk or call +421 908 107 122.
If you cancel later than 24 hours before the start, or don’t come without letting us know, the price paid is not refunded — the place can no longer be offered to anyone else.
If the seller cancels a class, we will offer you an alternative date. If none suits you, we will refund the full amount within 14 days.
8. Passes
A pass is a pre-paid package of classes at a reduced price. The number of classes, the price, how long it is valid and whether it can be transferred to another person are stated separately with each pass and differ by type of class.
Validity
Validity starts on the day of payment, unless stated otherwise with the pass. Classes not used by the end of the validity period lapse without compensation and the remaining value is not refunded.
The reduced price is the consideration for the classes being used within the agreed period.
Extending the validity
If illness, injury, hospitalisation or a health complication in pregnancy prevented you from using the pass and you provide a doctor’s confirmation, we will extend its validity by the length of the obstacle, by 3 months at most. The extension must be requested by e-mail before the validity expires. Other obstacles do not give rise to a right to an extension, but we can come to an individual arrangement.
Transferability
Some passes may also be used by another person — this is stated expressly with each one. For a non-transferable pass an exception is possible by individual arrangement.
Applying it retrospectively
If, after attending a class paid for singly, you decide to buy a pass, by arrangement it may cover that class too.
Exchange for money
We do not exchange a pass for money and do not pay out cash from it.
Withdrawal from the contract
If you bought the pass at a distance and have not yet used a single class from it, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days and get the whole amount back. If you have already used some classes, we will refund the amount reduced by the price of the classes used, calculated at the ordinary price of a single class without the discount.
9. Online content bought as a one-off
Individual videos, breathing exercises, bundles and programmes are bought as a one-off and are made available in My space once you sign in.
Being made available
Access is unlocked as soon as the payment is credited, within 24 hours at the latest.
How long access lasts. You have the content you bought with no time limit. If we were ever to close the online content library, we would tell you by e-mail at least three months in advance and, during that time, let you download all the content you had bought so that you keep it for good. You can download it up to the closing date given in the notice; after that both access and the option to download end. Our obligation is met by making the download possible, and the price is not refunded.
What you need
A device with an internet connection and an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge). The content plays directly on the website; it cannot be downloaded, except where the library closes as described in the previous paragraph. On a slow connection the video quality may be lower.
Changes to the content
We may add to and update the content over time. If we were to update a video you had bought, or replace it with a new version of the same technique, your access transfers to the new version automatically. In that case no right arises to download or to keep the original version of the video. If we were to remove it from the library altogether, we would tell you by e-mail at least 30 days in advance and let you download it so that you keep it for good. You can download it up to the removal date given in the notice; after that both access and the option to download end. The price is not refunded in these cases.
10. Memberships and automatic renewal
A membership unlocks, for the agreed period, the content library stated with that membership. Before ordering you will find, with each membership, its price, the length of the period and what it includes.
Automatic renewal
When the period ends, the membership renews automatically for a period of the same length at the same price, by a repeat payment from the payment card you used when ordering. By submitting the order you consent to these repeat payments.
When payment is taken
The first payment is taken when you order. Every further one on the day the previous period ends. You will find the date of the next payment and its amount in the order confirmation, and at any time in My space.
How to cancel the membership
At any time, in My space or by e-mail to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk, at the latest 24 hours before the date of the next payment. Cancelling stops the next renewal — your access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and the price for that period is not refunded. You do not have to give a reason and there is no fee for it.
Change of price
The seller may change the price of a membership. We will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before the payment date the change first applies to. If you do not agree with the change, you may cancel the membership by that date and the new price will not affect you. If you do not cancel, the new price applies from that date.
If a payment fails
We will repeat the attempt and write to you. If the payment does not go through within seven days, access is suspended and the membership ends. Content you bought as a one-off remains available.
What a membership does not include
Premium content and special practice programmes, where they are marked as sold separately. If they are on offer, they will be in a separate category and as a member you will get a reduced price for them.
Changes to the library content
The content of the library is added to over time. Individual items may disappear from it; the scope and focus of the library as a whole will, however, be preserved. If we were to restrict the library substantially, we would give notice in advance and you would be able to cancel the membership with a refund of the proportionate part of the price for the unused period.
What you need
The same as in point 9.
11. Licence for online content
By buying online content or a membership you do not acquire ownership of the content, but the right to use it for yourself. This right is non-exclusive, non-transferable and lasts for as long as you have access to the content; for content downloaded under point 9 it lasts permanently.
You may: play the content as many times as you like, for your own personal use, including within your household.
You may not: share your sign-in details with anyone else; record, download, copy or otherwise reproduce the content; make it available to other people, publicly or in closed groups; play it at your own classes, courses or events, whether paid or free; use it to teach other people or for any commercial purpose; present the content or the method as your own.
The texts, videos, audio recordings, graphics, visual design and the NESYRE method are protected by copyright.
The name NESYRE is a trade name of the seller and may not be used to denote anyone else’s services or content.
What happens if this is breached
If we find a breach of these rules, we will first point it out to you and ask you to put it right. If the breach continues, we may end your access and will refund the proportionate part of the price for the unused period of the membership. In the event of a serious breach — above all publishing the content, passing it to other people, or using it at your own class or course — we may end access immediately and without compensation, and pursue claims for infringement of copyright.
12. Gift vouchers
A gift voucher is bought for an amount the buyer chooses at the time of purchase. It is issued electronically and sent by e-mail together with a code.
What it can be used for
Anything from the seller’s offer — classes, passes, memberships, online content and goods. A voucher cannot be used to buy another gift voucher.
Validity. 12 months from purchase, unless stated otherwise with the voucher. Any value not used by the end of the validity period lapses. If a serious obstacle prevented you from using it, get in touch before the validity expires — we can agree an extension.
Partial use
If the order costs less than the value of the voucher, the remainder stays on the voucher and can be used for a further purchase until the validity expires. If the order costs more, you pay the difference.
Exchange for money
We do not exchange a voucher for money and do not pay out cash or any remaining value from it.
A lost code. The voucher is electronic. If you lose the code, write to us — we can send it again against the order number.
Withdrawal from the contract
If you bought the voucher at a distance and it has not yet been used, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days and get the whole amount back.
13. Goods — delivery and receipt
We ship goods to Slovakia only. Delivery is handled by Packeta Slovakia s. r. o.
Packeta pick-up point or Z-BOX — €3.50.
Packeta courier delivery to your address — €5.50.
Collection in person at Inner Temple, Kollárova 20, Pezinok — free of charge; we will agree the collection time with you individually.
For orders of €50 or more, delivery to a pick-up point, a Z-BOX or by courier is free. The final delivery price is shown at checkout before you place the order.
Goods in stock are dispatched within 7 working days of the payment arriving. Made-to-order goods (such as T-shirts) are delivered within 15 working days of the payment arriving; this period is also stated with the product. For collection in person, we will contact you within the same period to let you know the goods are ready and to agree a collection time. If delivery were to take longer, we will get in touch and agree with you; if the alternative date does not suit you, you can withdraw from the contract and we will refund you.
Please collect your parcel from the pick-up point or Z-BOX within the period Packeta notifies you of.
The risk of damage to the goods passes to you on receipt. When taking delivery from the courier, please check the parcel — if the packaging is damaged, make a record with the courier and let us know.
You acquire ownership of the goods on payment of the full price.
14. Withdrawal from the contract within 14 days
If you buy as a consumer at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
When the period starts: for goods, from receipt (where several items are delivered separately, from receipt of the last one); for services, online content and memberships, from the conclusion of the contract.
How to withdraw: by e-mail to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk or by post to the registered address. You may use the model form attached to these terms, but you do not have to. You do not have to explain anything. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay.
Refund: within 14 days of the withdrawal reaching us, by the same means you paid, unless we agree otherwise. For goods, only after we receive them back or you prove you have sent them. Please send the goods back within 14 days of withdrawing. You bear the cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling them beyond what is needed to establish their nature and how they work.
When you do not have the right to withdraw:
For classes and sessions tied to an agreed date — these are services connected with leisure activities for which the seller undertakes to provide them at an agreed time. The booking cancellation rules in point 7 apply instead.
For online content and memberships already made available to you — if, when ordering, you expressly agreed that provision should begin before the period expired and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right to withdraw.
For sealed goods that have been unsealed for reasons of hygiene and cannot be returned to sale.
For goods made to your specification.
If you asked for a service to begin before the period expired and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate part of the price for what has already been provided.
15. Liability for defects and complaints
The seller is liable for the performance being free of defects and matching the description, quantity, quality and functionality agreed in the order.
For goods, the seller is liable for defects present on receipt and for those that appear within 24 months of receipt. For online content supplied continuously — that is, a membership — the seller is liable for the content conforming to the contract throughout the whole period of supply.
How to make a complaint, what to attach and the time limits within which we deal with it are set out in the separate complaints procedure, which forms an inseparable part of these terms.
16. Availability of the website and the booking system
The seller tries to keep the website and My space available at all times. Short outages for maintenance or technical reasons do not constitute a defect.
The booking system is run by a third party. If a booking is not recorded or a confirmation is not delivered because of an outage there, get in touch — we will track the booking down and hold the place for you. The seller is not liable for damage caused by an outage of a third-party system beyond what the law requires.
17. Health, safety and your participation
What the classes are and are not. Classes, sessions, breathing exercises and online content are a movement and relaxation activity. They are not health care, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or treatment, and they do not replace examination, diagnosis or treatment by a doctor or another professional. The instructor is not a healthcare worker and does not give health advice.
Talk to your doctor if any of this applies to you: pregnancy or the postpartum period, a high-risk pregnancy, a state after surgery or injury, heart and vascular disease, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, glaucoma and other eye conditions, respiratory conditions, a neurological condition, dizziness or balance disorders, acute back or joint pain, a psychiatric condition, or any other condition that could be affected by exercise or breathwork.
The intake questionnaire is required before the first class. Without it we cannot run the class safely, and so you cannot take part. If your health changes compared with the questionnaire (pregnancy, injury, surgery or a new diagnosis, for example), you must tell the instructor before the class. In pregnancy, always state the current week.
What we do with health data. We process it solely in order to run the class safely, on the basis of your explicit consent, we do not give it to anyone else and we keep it only for as long as necessary. The details are in the Privacy notice.
What we need from you. Before your first class, and then whenever something changes, tell us about anything that may affect your participation — above all pregnancy and its week, injuries, surgery and restrictions on movement. Without that information we cannot adapt the class. By taking part you confirm that, as far as you know, your health does not prevent participation and that your doctor has not forbidden it.
During the class. Work within your own range. No exercise or breathing technique is compulsory — you can leave any of them out at any time, rest, or stop. If you feel dizzy, short of breath, nauseous, in pain or any other discomfort, stop at once and tell the instructor.
Touch. The instructor sometimes corrects a position by touch or places tuning forks on the body. Touch is always voluntary — just say you do not want it, including during the class. Consent to touch is recorded in the intake questionnaire.
With online content. You exercise without the instructor watching, so it matters all the more that you work within your own range and stop if you are uncomfortable. Never do breathing exercises in water, while driving, or during any other activity where dizziness could harm you. Contraindications and safety instructions are given with every breathing technique — read them in full before using it for the first time.
When participation cannot be allowed. The seller may refuse participation to someone under the influence of alcohol or another intoxicating substance, to someone with an acute infectious illness, or where, in the instructor’s judgement, participation would endanger that person’s health or the health of others. In such a case the price is not refunded if the reason arose on the participant’s side.
Minors. A person under 18 may take part only with the consent of a legal guardian. By submitting the application the legal guardian confirms that the child’s health does not prevent participation.
Personal belongings. The seller is liable for items brought in to the extent the law requires. Please leave valuables at home or keep them with you.
18. Rules in the space, photography and recording
Change your shoes or practise barefoot. Please put your phone on silent. Props are included in the price; please put them back after the class.
If a participant behaves in a way that disrupts the class or endangers others, the seller may exclude them from the class without refunding the price.
Taking photographs or recording as a participant is possible only with the consent of the instructor and everyone present.
When the seller, or someone authorised by the seller, photographs or records. Photographs and video recordings are sometimes made during classes and events, which the seller uses to present their work on the website and on social media. A recording in which you are recognisable will be published only with your consent. Consent is voluntary, it is not a condition of taking part, and you can withdraw it at any time by a message to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk; once withdrawn, the recording stops being used and is removed from the website and social media within a reasonable period. Without your consent we publish only shots in which individuals cannot be recognised.
19. Force majeure
If performance is prevented by a circumstance the seller could neither influence nor foresee — an accident on the premises, a power failure, a natural event, an official measure or a ban — the obligation to perform is postponed for as long as that circumstance lasts and the seller is not in delay.
For a class we will then offer you an alternative date or, where possible, an online form. If neither suits you, we will refund the price of that class, or put it back on your pass. The validity of a pass is extended by the time during which classes did not take place for this reason.
For a membership, the period is extended by the time the content was unavailable. If the obstacle lasts longer than 30 days, you can cancel the membership with a refund of the proportionate part of the price for the unused period.
20. If we stop providing services
If the seller stops holding classes or running the library of online content — permanently or for a longer time — this will be announced at least 30 days in advance by e-mail and on the website.
Memberships will not renew after that announcement. Your access continues to the end of the period already paid for, and if that is not possible you will receive a refund of the proportionate part of the price or substitute performance.
Online content bought as a one-off — point 9 applies: notice at least three months in advance and the possibility of downloading all the content you have bought up to the closing date stated in the notice; after that, access ends and the price is not refunded.
If the reason for stopping is a long-term health obstacle on the instructor’s side, the same rules apply; we will keep to the 30-day notice as far as the circumstances allow, and make up any shortfall by refunding a proportionate part of the price.
21. Reviews and ratings
Ratings published on the website come from people who really did attend the service or buy the product. The seller verifies this against the records of bookings and orders. Ratings are not published for payment and not only favourable ones are published — we leave out only those that contain an insult, a third party’s personal data, or that do not relate to the service provided. Published ratings are not altered; we shorten them only where that is stated.
22. Personal data
How we process personal data, on what legal basis, for how long and what rights you have is described in the separate Privacy notice.
23. If we cannot agree
Please write to us first — most things can be sorted out in a couple of messages.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to ask the seller to put things right. If we answer in the negative or do not answer within 30 days, you can file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.
The alternative dispute resolution body is the Slovak Trade Inspection, Central Inspectorate, Department of International Relations and Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution, Bajkalská 21/A, p. o. box 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, ars@soi.sk. The list of all authorised bodies is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic and a proposal can be filed through any other body on that list. The proceedings are free for you or cost at most €5.
The European ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer used.
The seller is not obliged to enter into out-of-court dispute resolution; your right to go to court remains.
24. Final provisions
The seller reserves the right to change these terms. Contracts already concluded are always governed by the wording in force when the order was placed.
Delivery. Notices under these terms are sent to the e-mail address given in the order or the booking. If your e-mail address changes, please let us know.
Language versions. These terms may also be published in another language. In the event of a conflict between language versions, the Slovak wording prevails.
Change of seller. The seller is entitled to transfer rights and obligations under concluded contracts to another person who will continue providing the same services. You will be told in advance, and if you do not agree with the transfer you can terminate the contract with a refund of the proportionate part of the price for performance not used.
If any provision were to prove invalid or ineffective, the rest remain in force.
The complaints procedure and the model withdrawal form form an inseparable part of these terms.
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from 11 October 2026.
