2. What these terms cover

These terms govern the relationship between the seller and you as the buyer for everything that can be ordered through this site:

  • Group classes — pregnancy yoga, kids’ yoga, NESYRE and others, booked for a particular time.
  • Private sessions arranged for a particular time.
  • Online content — individual videos, programmes, breathing exercises and memberships to the video library.
  • Goods — mats, clothing and accessories.
  • Gift vouchers.

These terms form part of every contract concluded. The relationship is governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. on consumer protection. If you are buying as a business, the Commercial Code applies and the consumer protection provisions do not.

3. How an order comes about

What is shown on the site is not a binding offer — it is an invitation for you to place an order. You place your order with the button in the checkout or by booking a time. Submitting an order is binding and carries an obligation to pay.

The contract comes into being the moment a confirmation of your order or booking reaches your e-mail. The confirmation tells you what you ordered, for how much, and — for a class — when and where it takes place.

If no confirmation arrives within a few hours, please check your spam folder first. If it isn’t there, write to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk and we’ll trace the order.

Contracts are concluded in Slovak. The seller archives them electronically and will make yours available to you on request.

4. Prices and payment

All prices on the site are in euros and are final — inclusive of all taxes and charges. Delivery costs for goods are shown separately in the checkout before you submit your order.

The price that applies is the one shown with the product or the class at the moment you submit your order. If a price contains an obvious error (a missing digit, say), the seller will contact you and the order may be cancelled.

Payment methods offered in the checkout:

  • Payment on the spot — for classes and for collection in person, in cash or by card.
  • Payment in advance — by bank transfer or online payment, depending on what is available in the checkout at the time.

Online content is always paid for in advance. Access to videos, programmes and memberships is unlocked only once payment has been received — which is why payment on the spot cannot be offered for it.

Proof of payment arrives by e-mail together with the order confirmation.

5. Delivery

Online content. Access is unlocked as soon as payment is received, within 24 hours at the latest. You’ll find it under My space once you sign in. A membership runs from the day it is unlocked for the period stated with the product.

Classes and sessions. Performance takes place at the time and place given in your booking confirmation. Please arrive at least five minutes before the start.

Goods. We ship to Slovakia and the Czech Republic:

  • Collection in person at Inner Temple, Kollárova 20, Pezinok — free, at an arranged time.
  • Courier delivery — €4.50.

Goods in stock are dispatched within three working days. If delivery is going to take longer, we’ll be in touch and agree it with you. Risk of damage passes to you on receipt.

6. Cancelling a class booking

We understand that life gets in the way. You can therefore cancel or move a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before it starts — write to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk or call +421 908 107 122.

If you cancel later than 24 hours before the start, or don’t come without letting us know, the price paid is not refunded — the place can no longer be offered to anyone else.

If the seller cancels a class, we will offer you an alternative date. If none suits you, we will refund the full amount within 14 days.

7. Withdrawal from the contract

If you are buying as a consumer at a distance, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs from receipt of the goods; for services and online content, from conclusion of the contract.

All you need do is send a clear statement within that period to gabi@wholeyoubygabi.sk or by post to the registered address. You don’t have to explain anything. We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, by the same means you paid — for goods, once we have them back or you show they have been sent. You bear the cost of returning goods.

When you do not have the right to withdraw:

  • For online content that has already been made available to you — where you expressly agreed at the time of ordering that supply should begin before the 14-day period expired, and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right to withdraw. You confirm this by ticking the box in the checkout.
  • For classes and sessions tied to an agreed time. The cancellation rules in point 6 apply instead.
  • For goods that have been unsealed for reasons of hygiene and cannot be returned to sale.

If you asked for a service to begin before the period expired and then withdraw, you pay a proportionate part of the price for what has already been provided.

8. Gift vouchers

A voucher can be used for anything on offer. It is valid for 12 months from purchase unless stated otherwise. It cannot be exchanged for money and no difference is paid out — if an order comes to less, the remainder stays on the voucher for next time.

9. Complaints

The seller is liable for performance being free of defects. How to make a complaint and the time limits for settling it are set out in the separate complaints procedure.

10. If we can’t agree

Please write first — most things can be sorted out with a single e-mail.

If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was settled, or believe your rights have been infringed, you have the right to ask the seller to put things right. If we respond negatively or do not respond within 30 days, you may submit a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll.

The ADR body is the Slovak Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate, Department for International Relations and Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution, Bajkalská 21/A, p. p. 29, 827 99 Bratislava 27, ars@soi.sk. The list of all authorised bodies is kept by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic. A proposal may also be submitted through any other body on that list.

The European ODR platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and is no longer used.

11. Final provisions

The seller reserves the right to change these terms. Contracts already concluded are always governed by the wording in force when the order was submitted.

If any provision turns out to be invalid, the remainder stays in force.

The processing of personal data is described in a separate document, the privacy notice.

These terms are valid and effective from 9 September 2026. They are a translation of the Slovak original; in the event of any discrepancy, the Slovak version prevails.
