What I offer
Classes
The three main directions I give most of my time to — and the other classes and sessions that belong with them. All in one place, so you know what to choose.
My own method, which teaches the nervous system to switch off alert mode. Breath, somatic techniques, gentle movement, meditation and sound in one 80-minute class.
For chronic fatigue, inner restlessness, shallow breathing and sleeplessness.
Safe movement for each trimester, led by a certified pregnancy yoga instructor — with breath, body awareness and calm preparation for birth.
For pregnancy from week 12 and for postnatal recovery.
Work with the body, the breath and the nervous system, together with guidance. As a one-off or as longer-term work.
For when you need a pace that is only yours.
Other classes and sessions
And these too
Smaller, but no less important. You book them straight from the calendar.
Kids’ yoga
Playful, with a story and no competing. Children learn to feel their own body, to breathe and to be still for a moment — which these days is a skill like any other.
Small groups, no more than 10 children.
Meditation
Short guided meditations on the themes most of us are dealing with — pressure to perform, letting go of control, coming back to yourself. In a group or one to one.
You need no experience and no “switching thoughts off”.
Tuning fork therapy
You lie down and do nothing. I work with tuning forks around the body and on it. Sound supports calm; it doesn’t treat particular conditions — and that’s how I talk about it.
Most often as a private session.
I can’t decide
How to choose
If you’re exhausted and can’t switch off, start with NESYRE. It’s the broadest foundation and most of the rest grows out of it.
If you’re pregnant, go straight to pregnancy yoga — it’s built exactly for that time and you can’t go wrong with it.
If you feel you can’t let go in a group, or you’re working through something specific, private sessions make sense.
And if you’re still unsure, write to me. I’ll answer even if it doesn’t end in a booking.
