One to one

Sometimes you already know why you do it. Your body just doesn’t know another way yet.

A private session is a space that belongs only to you — work with the body, the breath and the nervous system, together with looking at what’s actually going on for you.

What it’s about

Understanding isn’t enough

Most people who come to me already know their patterns. They know why they react the way they do. And still, in the moment, they do exactly what they didn’t want to.

Our patterns aren’t only thoughts. They’re automatic — the body sets them off before you can decide. That’s why understanding alone usually isn’t enough. The body needs to experience that another response is possible.

In a private session we do both. We name what’s happening — and at the same time work with the body, so it has a chance to take that new experience in.

No rushing.

Formats

Four ways we can meet

The first three are one-offs. The fourth is work that develops over time.

60 minutes · one-off

Tuning fork therapy

You lie down and I work with tuning forks around the body and on it. You don’t have to do or know anything. Sound supports calm; it doesn’t treat particular conditions — and that’s exactly how I talk about it.

60 minutes · one-off

Private meditation

Guided stillness built around whatever you’re working through. Good even if you’ve tried meditating alone and it didn’t take — the mind lets go more easily with someone there.

75 minutes · one-off

Private NESYRE class

The whole method just for you, at your pace. No adjusting to a group, and room to stay with whatever is doing you good.

by arrangement · mentoring

Longer-term guidance

For someone who doesn’t want one-off relief but wants to work on themselves over time. We look at what’s happening in your life and what keeps repeating — and work with the body alongside it.

How it goes

From your message to the first meeting

You write to me

A few sentences about what brought you is enough. I’ll write back and suggest a format and a length — sometimes that’s a single session with tuning forks, sometimes longer-term work makes more sense.

The first meeting

We go through how you are, what’s draining you and what keeps coming back. Then we work with the body — according to what you need that day.

What you take away

Always something concrete for an ordinary day: a breathing technique, a somatic exercise, or simply a different question you hadn’t asked yourself before.

After that, it’s up to you

You commit to nothing in advance. If it makes sense to continue, we’ll arrange it. If not, one meeting has value of its own.

Where and how much

Three places, one price

  • Inner Temple — Kollárova 20, Pezinok
  • At my home — more intimate, for smaller sessions
  • At your home — I’ll come with the bowls and tuning forks
  • €40 per session, 60–75 minutes depending on the format
  • For longer-term work we agree the scope and the price in advance

Questions

What people ask me most

Is this therapy?

No. I’m not a psychologist or a therapist and I don’t want to present myself as one. I work with the body, the breath and the nervous system, and I can help you look at a situation from another angle. If you need professional psychological or medical care, I’ll tell you so.

Do I have to come regularly?

You don’t. A one-off session has value of its own — especially tuning fork therapy or a private meditation. Longer-term work makes sense when it isn’t one particular thing but a pattern that keeps repeating.

How often do we meet?

Usually every two to three weeks. Between meetings you have something to try, and the body needs time to take new things in. We agree the frequency around what you’re working through — not around a template.

What if I don’t know what I want to work on?

That’s entirely normal and it isn’t an obstacle. At the first meeting we go through how you are, what’s draining you and what keeps coming back. Where to start usually emerges from that on its own.

Can it be at my home?

Yes. I’ll come to you with the bowls and tuning forks. Or we can meet at Inner Temple in Pezinok, or at my home — choose wherever you feel best.

How do I book?

Write to me. Private sessions aren’t arranged through a calendar but by message — I need at least a rough idea of what it’s about so I can suggest the right length and format.

Write me a few sentences

You don’t need to have it all worked out. Just write and tell me how you are — we’ll get to the rest together.
